I’ve helped hundreds of kids become excited and engaged to eat their veggies! Through my fun and interactive sessions, kids are trying new foods, getting on board with why being healthy is so important, and even cooking their own delicious food. We’re setting a strong foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Teens are under more stress than ever, which is why my wholistic approach to their wellness is so crucial. I help teens with prioritizing less screen time, more exercise, whole foods, mindfulness, and nurturing human connection. We address body image, social media and marketing that teens are bombarded with.

It’s a family affair! I bring the whole family together for fun, inspiration and team building. We develop a wellness plan that the whole family can get on board with and participate in. Added bonus: more opportunities to connect with your tribe. We’re stronger together!

The best scientific evidence shows that eating mostly plant foods promotes health and healing. A plant-based diet removes inflammatory foods from our plate and replaces them with foods that are high in nutrients and low in the foods that make us sick.
There is a definite link between diet and health. Countries where traditional diets are based on whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables you see much lower rates of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. But westernized countries are really suffering. When our diets became heavier in animal products, processed foods, and sugar you see a steep rise in many of the preventable “lifestyle” diseases.
When we eat the nutrient dense foods our bodies crave, we feel amazing! People on a plant-based diet report having more energy, sleeping better, being more focused, experiencing better moods, having less inflammation, losing unwanted pounds and more!
